Is and Ren Studios will develop a fully bespoke design strategy on the commencement of your project and present it to you in the form of a formal written fee proposal.

General Project Stages: 

 

• Provide an onsite/offsite consultation with the client to discuss project objectives.

• Detailed surveying and analysis of the site to take place.

• Drawing of the existing site to be produced.

• Prepare concept design, including outline proposals to meet client aspirations and planning policies/permitted development guidelines. 

• Obtain planning permission from the local authority if necessary for your project. 

• If planning is successful or if the proposal is within permitted planning laws, then structural drawings and calculations will be drawn up. The notice will be given to relevant authorities to get the construction on its way.
