Is and Ren Studios Ltd is an award-winning Architectural and Interior design practice located in Hornchurch, Essex, serving the South East of England, in particular, London and the Home Counties. With over ten years of experience in the field, our team of architectural and interior designers, offer a unique blend of design experience and master craftsmanship from the fields of decorative and structural design allowing our practice to provide you with architectural, interior design and construction services for both residential and commercial properties from conception to completion.

ARCHITECTURE
Is and Ren Studios can take you through all the architectural design stages. We can obtain planning permission, produce building regulation drawings, and prepare you for construction.
Is and Ren Studios will develop a fully bespoke design strategy on the commencement of your project and present it to you in the form of a formal written fee proposal.
General Project Stages:

Provide an onsite/offsite consultation with the client to discuss project objectives.

Detailed surveying and analysis of the site to take place.

Drawing of the existing site to be produced.

Prepare concept design, including outline proposals to meet client aspirations and planning policies/permitted development guidelines.

Obtain planning permission from the local authority if necessary for your project.

If planning is successful or if the proposal is within permitted planning laws, then structural drawings and calculations will be drawn up. The notice will be given to relevant authorities to get the construction on its way.
Our knowledge of the planning and building control system and our understanding of the policies and regulations mean that we can guide and offer our clients sound advice from the conception of the project.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Is and Ren Studios will develop a fully bespoke design strategy that will define the overall look and feel of the space and make sure that the layout works for the client's lifestyle and maximizes the space's functionality.
