Is and Ren Studios obtained all of the necessary licenses to enable the refurbishment of this three bedroom Grade II listed flat in Kensington. The flat was dated and poorly laid out with irregular angles. We reconfigured the flat to add an en-suite bathroom creating two bathrooms. We worked with the irregular shaped kitchen to provide our client with a larger, more useful kitchen and wholly refurbished the flat to create a timeless contemporary finish
