We obtained planning permission to add two front dormers and a rear dormer to this bungalow to provide an extra two bedrooms and bathroom at the first-floor level. We completely remodeled the ground floor to make space for a staircase and create an open plan kitchen, living, and dining area. We added two large sky lanterns to the open plan kitchen/living area to provide lots of natural light and give the space that wow factor.
